Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Standard Shipping to
Mexico and Colombia typically takes around 7 days, while Express Shipping takes
approximately 5–6 days. You can find estimated delivery times for your

We offer Standard and Express Shipping, with rates depending on your destination. Orders over $200 qualify for free
shipping.

Duties and taxes are included with Standard Shipping for most destinations. With Express Shipping, duties and taxes may be charged separately upon delivery.

Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery to the return location of your choice in Mexico or Hong Kong.

For now, return shipping is arranged at your own cost using the courier of your choice. We’re working on making the return process even easier in the future.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges just yet, but we’re working on it.
In the meantime, you can return your original item and place a new order in the
size you’d like.

Once your return arrives, please allow 5–7 business days for us to review and process it. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
